To maintain valuable terpenes when producing rosin, it is recommended to apply higher pressure and lower temperatures during the pressing process. As flowers contain numerous terpenes that volatilize at low temperatures, pressing at a lower temperature leads to higher terpene retention and ultimately a more flavorful and potent finished rosin product.
